Welcome to NexusMax. By accessing or using this service, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they are deliberately plain, with no fine print.

What NexusMax is

NexusMax is a platform that uses artificial intelligence models (specifically the Claude family from Anthropic) to generate digital artifacts — landing pages, sites, documents, sales proposals, scripts and other formats — from text descriptions you provide.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, accessing or using any feature of NexusMax, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

To use the service you may need to create an account. By doing so:

• You agree to provide truthful information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for the security of your access credentials
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NexusMax to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights
• Create materials that infringe intellectual property, trademarks or copyrights of others
• Produce deliberate misinformation, misleading content or fraudulent schemes
• Generate malicious code, malware, phishing scripts or attack tools
• Violate the privacy or personal data of third parties
• Bypass technical limitations, reverse-engineer or exploit vulnerabilities of the service
• Resell access to the service as if it were your own (unauthorized resale)

Sensitive niches

The system has basic guardrails for niches such as health, aesthetics, finance and legal services. Even so, you are solely responsible for the truthfulness, regulatory adequacy and accuracy of the generated content before publishing it. We do not guarantee compliance with specific industry regulations — always review the content with qualified professionals before using it in regulated contexts.

Credits and payments

The service runs on a prepaid credit system:

• You purchase credit packs through available payment methods
• Each run consumes a credit amount disclosed before confirmation
• Credit balances do not expire while your account is active
• Credits are not convertible to cash and are not transferable between accounts
• If a technical error or crash occurs, credits are refunded automatically
• Voluntarily canceling a run already in progress does not trigger a refund, since AI compute has already been consumed

Refunds

Purchased credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, only if they have not been used. Partially or fully used credits are not eligible for refund. To request a refund, contact us by email.

Ownership of generated content

The content you generate through NexusMax belongs to you. You may freely use, modify, publish, sell and license the resulting files — no royalties, no watermarks, no lock-in.

That said, you acknowledge that:

• AI models may produce similar outputs for similar briefings — we do not guarantee absolute exclusivity
• Images used through third-party integrations (such as Unsplash) keep their original license — you are responsible for respecting those source terms
• You warrant that the inputs you provide (briefings, reference URLs, texts) do not infringe third-party rights

Disclaimer of warranties

NexusMax is provided "as is". We do not warrant that:

• The generated content will be free of errors, inaccuracies or unsuitability for your specific case
• The service will be available without interruption or free of bugs
• Outputs will achieve any specific commercial performance (conversion, SEO, engagement)
• Generated content will be entirely original or free of similarity to other sources

Always review generated content before publishing it or using it in official contexts. AI is a leverage tool, not a substitute for your final judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusMax, its developers and partners are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service
• Loss of revenue, data, business opportunities or reputation
• Legal or regulatory issues arising from content you generate through the platform
• Acts of third parties (AI providers, hosting, payment) outside our direct control

Our total liability, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount you paid NexusMax in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Optional hosting services

We offer, as an add-on, managed publishing of generated content (hosting, SSL, domain, forms). This service has specific commercial terms disclosed at the time of contracting and is governed by a separate agreement. Termination, SLA, backups and support follow the conditions agreed individually.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we identify:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Fraudulent, abusive activity or activity that harms other users
• Legal requirement or court order
• Prolonged inactivity (after email notice)

You may close your account at any time through the user dashboard or by emailing us. Unused credits in case of voluntary termination are not refunded automatically.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use over time. When there is a material change, we will notify you by email and/or through an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after notification means you accept the new terms. The date of the latest update is at the top of this page.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will preferably be resolved by direct negotiation. Failing agreement, the courts of the city of São Paulo — SP, Brazil are elected, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.
